A document Template is a document that can be used over and over again. This is typically used when we often use a particular format on some documents. For example, when you want to type a letter, we usually use the same headers, same letter format, and others.


How to create a document template is just as easy as making a normal document. You simply put the parts that will be used if the ' continue ', i.e. a specific letter format, headers, page numbers, etc. If it is, simply save a document that was created with the format of the document template. How, choose the File menu and select Save As. When the dialog box appears, select the Word Template (dotx.) in the Save as Type. And then select Save.
